Neuroinformatics

Neuroinformatics is a combination of computer science and neuroscience, and the interface between them. The group works in computational neuroscience where the goal is to build simulation models of brain functions, as well as in data analysis methods of e.g. brain-imaging data. On a more theoretical level, the group investigates statistical multivariate modelling based on non-Gaussianity.
