About us
DIGILE’s story began in 2008, when the company was founded as TIVIT. TIVIT’s purpose was to implement business-led research programs according to the SHOK concept. Over the years, operations have grown in terms of service, research program volume as well as the number of us participants, and the name was changed into DIGILE in 2013.
Today, DIGILE is a non-profit company operating between the public and private sectors with the goal of increasing know-how and developing the tools required by the Internet economy – and creating growth, jobs and new business in Finland through it.
We coordinate business-led research programs, speed up the development of digital services, create business ecosystems and open up channels to China and other international markets.
