Interpretation : Getting an existing employee a green-card.
        Wanted : Excellent salary and benefits.
Interpretation : They provide health care through the Red Cross.
        Wanted : Excellent communications skills.
Interpretation : Knows Microsoft Word.
        Wanted : Relocation assistance provided.
Interpretation : Cross-country bus fare to interview is provided.
