John: I didn't change oprofile's nmi_int.c from Pavel's version so
it's broken in this patch. I did add enable_local_apic_nmi_watchdog()
and disable_local_apic_nmi_watchdog() and EXPORT_SYMBOL'd them,
so you should be able to use that interface.
