[2.4] Oops in ext3 / Network

While copying largeish amounts of data over SMB. Almost stock RedHat
7.3, Kernel 2.4.18-17.7.x

After this the box paniced; this is a headless server without
serial console, so I saw Caps Lock and Num Lock blink and that was
it. Reset button time.
