[BUG] ohci-hcd Oops on Alpha 2.5.44

Hi,

i have an Alpha with a quad OHCI USB PCI Adapter and an USB-RS232
converter connected to it. If i open and close the corresponding tty
(ttyUSB0) twice in a row, the alpha crashes with an Oops in
[ohci-hcd]finish_unlinks(). Otherwise, the device seems to work fine
(until the second close)...

Cheers,
