Unable to handle kernel

I am upgrade to 2.4.19-rc1-ac6, and some time, normaly when i make heavy
use of memory, kernel hang a say:

Unable to handle kernel paging request at virtual address XXXXXXX

my hardware is AMD k7 xp 2000+ , and msi kte ultra, with promise fasttrack
tx2000, 1gb ddr.
