[PATCH] Updated Commentry Patches v2

I've updated the five previous patches (previously against pre7) that try
to comment and document how the VM in 2.4.19pre8 works. I've posted them
before on the list so I'm just going to include URL's this time because
the changes are minor.

I've corrected a number of spelling mistakes, included some commentry from
William Lee Irwin and fixed comments so they should be picked up by
kernel-doc scripts

  Provides some documentation on the page replacement and paging mechanism
  in Documentation/vm. Expands on comments on vmscan.c and memory.c

  Extends the Documentation/vm/numa file to try and describe NUMA and
  related data structures a bit better

  This extends the documentation on page_alloc.c to describe how the buddy
  allocator works

  Extends the commentry on the slab allocator slightly

2.4.19pre8_vmalloc_commentry

If there is no complaints, I'll see what I can do about getting them
integrated into the main 2.4 branch. I'm not sure how relevant they are to
