As a result of the likely/unlikely thread on lkml I would like to change all
of the BUG() stuff in the VFS to use BUG_ON where possible.
Enclosed is a fairly simple transition for everything under fs/, the only
thing not included is something like a
BUG_ON_PK(condition,printk-string,...); or something to remove the direct use
of likely() --> __builtin_expect();
