Unknown char devices

I would like some info on /dev entries that I'm know sure about.

/dev/beep
/dev/core
/dev/inet/
/dev/initrd
/dev/ip
/dev/ipstate
/dev/netlink
/dev/rawip

What do these devices do? This is on RH7.2
