Again, this is version 2.4.23 of the cciss driver... This patch was made
against pre3, but also patches clean against pre4.

* Added support for SCSI tape drives (Steve Cameron)
* Added support for dynamically adding and removing logical volumes,

(Note, due to bug in sd driver, tape support will not work with 2.4.10
kernel, 2.4.11-pre3 or better is required)
