MODULE_PARM(nopnp) is in open code but the declaration of nopnp is
wrapped in #ifdef CONFIG_ISAPNP. The module parm needs to be wrapped
in #ifdef CONFIG_ISAPNP as well. Against 2.4.5-ac13.
