Did anybody have compiled nvidia driver with 2.4.0. (final)

Hi,
I have tried this.
I have spend few hours. Even after some changes it loks like
this driver is incompatible with 2.4 kernels.

Am I wrong ?

Anybody have successfully compiled nvidia 0.9-5 driver
with 2.4.0 final kernel ? How ?
