1) Module-Testing

All testcases of the module testing are specified now.
Around the half of the testcases are not yet implemented and done.

Perttu does the file and gaussian module testing and writes a
paragraph about the integration testing,

Petteri does the rotation and projection module testing

Philipp does the config and misc module testing.

All this tests should be finished until next weeks monday.

2) Validation testing

Testcases for validation testing could be:

- Easy artificial particle (rod)
  - random image with noise
  - scaled random image with noise

- 3D cross
  - center of mass not in the center of the model, same tests as
  above.

- Ribosome model
  - real model ...

- Angle test
  - visual comparison of output angles to original values of the
  testimage

- Noise test
  - simple model
  - varying noise levels
  - correlation value plot

- Scale test
  - effect of scaling to correlation values

- d450.mrc (pizza)
  - different radius, search radius

- one pizza with random background, correlationvalues at all points
  in the image, so that we see the areas of the best matches.

3) Documentations

The implementation paper's freezing-date has already passed by. Osku
will write around one A4-page, so we have this paper finished soon.

The maintenance documentation and the final report both need to be
written at least as scelettons. Perttu writes the maintenance paper.

Peter brings a folder for our paper next wednesday.

4) Customer presentation

Philipp asks Janne, if the customer presentation can be at the 7.5 or
9.5.
