We feel that the CD for "ODP Naming Framework" (ISO/IEC JTC1/SC21 N10390) does not yet provide a technically mature solution for naming problems. The document analyzes problems and currently available solutions of naming, but does not clearly state which solutions are selected. It also fails to address some technically important aspects.
We recommend that the Finnish national body votes NO for the progression of "ISO/IEC JTC1/SC21 N10390 ODP Naming Framework" and recommends preparation of a second CD version.
