2.3.99-pre6 (final:-) kswapd again...:-(

Hello,

tonight I found that the huge kswapd CPU usage is back :-(
I untarred three ~20 MB files and kswapd goes up to 85% CPU load on my
Athlon 550 with 256 MB.
2.3.99-pre6-7 did it fine.
