In order to play this you need the Spring engine.  Get it here: 

The release package comes as a zip file.  Unzip it.

Once Spring is installed the files that come out of the unzip should be executable.  Run them.
They will disappear and the Spring Lobby should be able to play mod from its selection menu.

The Mod should appear as Darius Tower Defence.

Note:  You may need to refresh the maps/mods in the Spring Lobby from Tools->Reload Maps/Mods in order to make Spring see the mod.
